A\u00f1idir y mecer la farina con curi\u00e1u con una cuyar de palu. Echar la masa nuna manga con boquiella ancha y llisa. Untar el papel con mantega y esparcer la masa enriba faciendo tires. Espolvoriar con az\u00facre y cocer a fornu templ\u00e1u.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pa facer el rellenu:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Preparar un alm\u00edbre col azucre y l\u2019agua. Bater les yemes y a\u00f1idiles a poco\u00f1inos al alm\u00edbre revolviendo ensin aparar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pal ba\u00f1u:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Facer un alm\u00edbre col azucre, l\u2019agua y dos o tres gotines de vinagre. Cuando tea a puntu de  freba fuerte ( esto ye, cuando al cayer unes gotes enriba un platu cuayen darr\u00e9u), bater con una cuyar de palu poniendo el recipiente onde se fizo l\u00b4almibre de ll\u00e1u;  aparar de bater cuando tea blanco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sacar los bizcochos del fornu y dexalos enfrescar. Partilos pola mit\u00e1 y rellenalos.
