De sigui\u00f3, a\u00f1idir la farina y el formientu con curi\u00e1u hasta que la masa nun se pegue (nun hay que trabayala mundo).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dividir en dos partes desiguales la masa. Coyer la mayor y estendela nun molde enfarinau, curiando que la masa supere el borde del molde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pelar les manzanes y les peres, cortales en ll\u00e1mines fines y colocales porriba la masa. Espolvoriar con azucre sobre la fruta y regar col vino dulce. Estender la otra parte de la masa porriba tapando les ll\u00e1mines de manzana y pera, doblar los bordes de la masa y sellalos con un poco\u00f1\u00edn d\u2019agua. Barnizar la superficie col g\u00fcevu bat\u00edu apart\u00e1u.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meter nel fornu, calent\u00e1u previamente, a 200 graos hasta que turrie.
